Refund policy

Made to order

Every Tiny Troublemakers bib is printed especially for your order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for choosing the wrong design.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email hello@tinytroublemakers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.

Lost parcels

If your parcel doesn't arrive, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace or refund it.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund. After production has started we can't cancel the order.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under your local consumer laws.
