Where we ship

We ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Washington DC. We can't ship to Alaska, US territories or APO/FPO addresses yet. Prices are in US dollars.

Cost

Free tracked shipping on every order.

Timing

Every bib is printed to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, then delivery takes about 7–10 business days. Around peak holiday season, allow a few extra days.

Christmas: order by December 3 for delivery before December 25. Orders placed after that date are still sent as quickly as possible, but we can't promise Christmas delivery.

Multiple items

Orders with several designs may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email hello@tinytroublemakers.com and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Duties

US orders fall under the low-value threshold, so no import duties are charged to you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change it. After production starts, we can't change the address.
